Submitting a project inquiry through the Site does not create a contract, and any estimate discussed before a signed written agreement is preliminary and non-binding. All work performed by McGirk Construction is governed exclusively by a written contract signed by both parties, which controls over anything stated on this Site.
When you submit an inquiry, you agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to share. We may decline any inquiry at our discretion.
All content on the Site — text, photographs, logos, and design — is the property of McGirk Construction LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
